Well you are in the right place and this is the right time.  I know because I have been right where you are.    A few years ago, in the midst of a series of life transforming events, I began to feel the pull to do something new.   I was not sure exactly what I needed to do, but I knew I wanted to help others to identify and define their life purpose;  partner with them in the pursuit of their purpose: witness their transformation from living their accepted life into their authentic, God-given life.   Because I knew I was traveling along that same journey, I also wanted my next chapter in life to support my continued movement to live through the authority and the freedom that I have through Christ.

Any of this sound familiar?   So, I took the leap!  I made a decision to act on what I was feeling and then I made another decision get ‘In Motion’.   Many times in life we make decisions, we set intentions to follow a dream to accomplish a goal but then we stop!   With great intentions and tremendous potential – we stagnate.   Why? Because the intention requires action to produce results.     Are you ready to take a step ‘In Motion’?

Maybe you are thinking that this just isn’t the right time.   You would rather wait…Wait for until you have more time;  Wait until you have more experience;  Wait until the kids are older…  It is understandable and normal to have the desire to wait until the perfect conditions to make a move.   But it is also true to know that the only perfect time is now.   Think about those who have gone before us, if they had waited for perfect conditions many of our freedoms and conveniences would be alive only as visions.

When my purpose shifted my path towards coaching, I was married with 4 young children, trying to revive a struggling business and coping with the emotional, mental and financial challenges that accompany that.   Definitely not the most ideal conditions, but most definitely the right time.     I made the decision and then took the actions to support it.     Pushing through fear and circumstances, I obtained several certifications and experiences that have blended together to enable me to improve the conditions that I was waiting to change.

There are people waiting for you.  Something that I knew before becoming a professional coach and even after doing so is that people who are committed to living a Christian life many times find a struggle to blend their Sunday lives with their 9-to-5, Monday – Friday lives.   While churches do an excellent job of helping people to know Biblical truths, it is hard to spend the time to help each individual to apply those truths to their everyday lives and then further to use them to identify, accept and activate their personal purpose.
