As the founder and visionary for In Pursuit Coaching, I am committed and passionate about the empowerment of women in leadership. To me, a leader is anyone whose life, actions and work influence others. As a wife, mom, entrepreneur and coach, I have been and am continually in a process of self improvement, self development and self discovery and can, therefore, support, with empathy and expertise, the challenges and growth pains that are a critical part of the pursuit.
While I know that I cant substitute the pursuit – because it is necessary -I am committed to supporting my clients and community through their pursuits.
My journey to the creation of this organization is part of my personal and professional pursuit. For over a decade before the vision to create In Pursuit Coaching, I was a financial professional consistently escalating in my career until I began to see glimpses of my purpose, my burden, my call. The glimpses alone were enough to captivate my interest and move me to feel frustrated with anything less than that. Thus began the pursuit.
In 2009, a combination of forces including changes in the economy, my health, relationships and my accepted identity placed me in a position where I was forced to submit to my authenticity, to dig out of the world I had created for myself and live in the world that really existed. I was forced to reclaim the value and the worth that I had thoughtlessly attached to other people, possessions and positions. Needless to say this was not an easy process, in fact it was lonely, scary and painful. All that said - I am confident it was necessary, worth it, and pivotal. This is why I am committed to helping others do the same. It is my mission to ensure help as many people as I can to live into the fullness of the life that has been created for them.
